The AlfredTetzlaff have gived me an idea. This would take far beyond a reasonable amount of time to accomplish a simple gender change. Each would need to be checked against what you've completed and what you haven't, as well as a ton of variables due to their not being any kind of looping in the regular GECK. open the console again if not already open You can't change the difficulty by design after you create the character. make your changes but don't close that window by clicking "done", leave it open I've no Idea if this works with New Vegas, but you could try it the Oblivion/FO3 way
